Hello! My name is Julia. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from Arizona State University with a master’s degree in social work and a certificate in gerontology. I have worked with a variety of populations from developmentally disabled adults to adolescents in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
I help individuals and couples recognize maladaptive patterns and develop the skills they need to help overcome life’s challenges. I support my clients by providing that sounding board we all need sometimes. I want to work with my clients to help identify and manage overwhelming emotions that maybe we have tried to block out or run away from.
My ideal clients are those who are motivated to take a deep breath and work towards addressing the barriers they have in their life. My goal is to provide my clients with the tools and techniques to help support their journey. I will work with individuals and couples who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and relationship stressors. I work with ages 6 years old and older.
I draw from different therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. It is important to me as a therapist and social worker to always be learning and keeping up to date with the latest research through reading and trainings.

Hello! My name is Rachel. I graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from Southern Illinois University, and I'm currently completing a Master's in Counseling program at Ottawa University with a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy. I have experience working with children in community mental health, engaging kids and their families with individual and family therapy, as well as facilitating groups for substance use, DBT, and support for LGBTQ+ teens. I have continued to educate myself in the areas of trauma, expressive arts therapy, and autism. I consider myself a life-long learner and make a priority of educating myself on the areas of importance to the individuals I work with.
I feel passionate about working with individuals and couples to overcome challenges they feel keep them from getting what they want from life. I believe it's an honor to help others feel heard, understood, and to lead people to personal insight that helps them understand themselves, their relationships, and behavior. I hope to equip people with the tools they need to reach their goals.
