Our mission at Deep Breath Counseling is to develop and promote the health and wellness of individuals and couples through a variety of treatment techniques and therapy options while providing a safe space for our clients. We want to empower our clients during their journey through therapy and challenge the barriers and stigmas that often surround mental health issues.
Our focus is you. We are here to help individuals and couples heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
Empathy: It is of utmost importance that we understand the journey our clients have traveled to get where they are today.
Authenticity: We strive to be consistently open and honest during this process while adhering to clear ethical guidelines.
Creativity: Therapy is not a one-size fits all. Therapy will be tailored to the needs of individuals and couples that we work with through collaboration and flexibility.
