Kendra is a Licensed Master Social Worker with over eight years of experience supporting individuals and families in their mental health journeys. Kendra received her master’s degree in social work from Arizona State University and specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 4–25). Her therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy, and behavioral skills groups.
Kendra's passion lies in helping clients grow into the best version of themselves by building on their strengths and setting meaningful goals. She believes therapy should be a collaborative, empowering experience, and strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard and supported.
Outside of therapy, Kendra enjoys spending time with her loved ones and her dog, staying active, reading a good book, and attending concerts whenever she can.
